What’s your return policy?

You can cancel an order - no questions asked - before the product has been shipped. After this it will be on a contact basis whether or not we can accept a return, for a refund. We are happy to swap out products if you get the wrong size (you will pay your own return shipping and once the item has been received I will pay to ship you the new size), but we cannot sell a product you have ruined and want to return to get our money back. Besides cancelling an order (which is to be done before the item is shipped) then you have 30 days to contact us (from the ship out date).


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. With that being said, if the address given is incorrect then I can't do anything about that (double check you have it written correctly).


Do you have customer service?

Of course! I, Carlie, am our customer service - email anytime and I will get back to you as soon as I can!


When will you contact me back?

This is something I am changing for 2018 because I need to spend more time focusing on my husband, health, and not all of my time working. If it is about 9am to 4pm (central time) then you will likely hear back from me within a few hours, most of the time. If it is 6pm or later then you may get a response but it is more likely that you will hear from me the following day. If it is the weekend, then please do not expect to hear from me until Monday - there may be an odd time when I respond but do not count on it.


When will my item be shipped?

I ship on Monday's and one other day during the week (it is still being determined based on my schedule). You will waste your money selecting two-day shipping if you do not first contact me and confirm that is an option. If you are in a crunch and worried that my shipping days won't work for you then please contact me. I do my best to work with you and make your deadlines happen, but I cannot guarantee that it will be possible every time.


What is your disclaimer for your brand rep search?

If you just buy one shirt and never share your personal discount code so no one ever uses it and you only send me one photo all semester...then it is unlikely you are going to get any free merchandise. The more you put into it the more you get out of it. If the photos you post and share with me are inappropriate, in any way, then I will remove all of your discount codes, you will not receive 5% from whatever has sold up to that point, no exceptions, no warnings. We are positive, encouraging, we share love not hate, and photos must be appropriate for all eyes!
