What’s your return policy?
You can cancel an order - no questions asked - before the product has been shipped. After this it will be on a contact/per item/per order basis whether or not we can accept a return, for a refund. We are happy to swap out products if you get the wrong size (you will pay your own return shipping and once the item has been received I will pay to ship you the new size), but we cannot sell a product you have ruined, worn, or washed and just want to return to get our money back. Besides cancelling an order (which is to be done before the item is shipped) then you have 14 days to contact us (from the ship out date). If I don't get back to your and the 14 days has come and gone, but you did reach out before the 14 days was up, then I will work with you. I do a lot of traveling and am not always somewhere with connection and in those instances I can see when you actually contacted me and it won't count against you if I don't start working with you until after those 14 days.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. With that being said, if the address given is incorrect then I can't do anything about that (double check you have it written correctly).
Do you have customer service?
Of course! I am a one woman show. So I handle customer service - email anytime and I will get back to you as soon as I can - please be patient with me, as it isn't always as soon as you would like.
When will you contact me back?
If you contacted me via Facebook or Instagram then I have no guarantee of when you will hear back from me because I am not great at seeing any of those message, it is best to email me (email@example.com). If you have emailed, then, Monday's are the day that I respond to emails. I will likely respond sometime at the end of the week, too. But it is generally over 3+ days when I respond/check emails. If you somehow get ahold of my phone number and contact me via phone then it is likely you won't hear back from me, as I do not like conducting business over the phone.
When will my item be shipped?
It takes 2-10 business days for your items to be ready to ship (depending the time of day that you ordered).
You, the buyer, will be responsible for any customs fees if those occur. I do not cover those.
Do you have an affiliate program?
I am in the process of creating one but it isn't live or ready yet. There will be more information on that once the details have been worked out.
Do you do custom work?
Yes, I do (tees, logos, websites, etc)! Just send me an email to make inquiries!
